Job Description :

TheMaintenance Planner role is responsible for delivering routineplanning services to sustain a proactive culture for allindividuals performing maintenance functional tasks.

Keyresponsibilities include :

• Ensuringqualitative maintenance plans and job packages are prepared forpreventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Prioritizing safety and environmental considerationsthrough job safety analyses method statements and permittingrequirements.
• Establishing an adequate backlogto support plant scheduling efforts.
• Monitoring planning accuracy to continuously improveplanning for repetitive jobs.
• Contributing toasset Bill of Material (BOM) development to increase planning andjob execution efficiencies.
• Maintaining alibrary of job task lists for easy access and identification ofrepetitive work planning.

Major Duties :

• Development of job plans identifying safety hazardspermitting requirements tools equipment and requiredPPE.
• Building a backlog ready for schedulingwith time requirements assigned to job tasks.
• Prioritizing job development based on asset criticalityand customer prioritization.
• Supportingmaintenance planning scheduling and executionstrategies.
• Assisting in contractorcoordination and performing service entries of completedservices.
• Requisitioning as part of theplanning activity.
• Assisting in thedevelopment of preventive maintenance plans.
• Managing all corrective and preventive job plans / tasklists.
• Serving as a local master data managerwithin the plant SAP PM environment.
• Creatingbills of materials (BOMs) for plant assets.
• Serving as a SAP PM subject matter expert for theplant.
